MyTourist 1 – Day Pass (Non – Malaysian) offers unlimited rides on Rapid KL LRT, MRT, Monorail, BRT, Rapid KL bus, and MRT feeder bus services in the Klang Valley for one (1) day.

Customers can enjoy discounts and benefits from our strategic partners for seven (7) consecutive days from the first day usage (activation) of the pass by presenting the Validity Card alongside MyTourist Pass receipt at their outlets.

Present your MyKad/MyTentera to Rapid KL Service Offices for verification and eligibility for Malaysian rate.

Bring your own Touch ‘n Go card to encode with the MyTourist Pass.

Ensure a minimum RM6.00 balance in your Touch ‘n Go card.

Note: International transactions using Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards are accepted.

Where to Redeem MyTourist 1-Day Pass (Non – Malaysian) Online Purchase

  • Redeem and validate your purchase at the nearest Rapid KL Customer Service Office (LRT/MRT/Monorail).
  • The pass is only available to use after the validation process has taken place.
  • Choose a date to activate your pass. You may choose to start your MyTourist Pass immediately or defer it up to seven (7) days from the purchase date.
  • You will need to produce your Touch n’ Go card and online purchase receipt for validation purposes.

*A reload fee of RM0.50 per transaction will be charged based on Touch n’ Go fees and charges policy.

 

Touch ‘n Go Cards

  • Touch ‘n Go cards can be purchased at any of Rapid KL Customer Services Offices for RM10.00 except for BRT stations and Rapid KL bus hubs, subject to availability of Touch ‘n Go card stocks.
  • It also can be purchased at designated locations i.e., Touch ‘n Go Customer Experience Centre, Touch ‘n Go Hubs and Spots, petrol kiosks, convenience stores, and pharmacies.

Activation

  • MyTourist 1 – Day Pass (Non – Malaysian) is activated upon successful encoding with a Touch ‘n Go card.
