Where to Redeem MyCity Pass Online Purchase
Redeem and validate your purchase at the Rapid KL (LRT/MRT/Monorail) Customer Service Office nearest to you. The passes are only available to use after the validation process has taken place. The first tap at the gantry/gate will automatically activate your pass. You will need to produce your Touch n’ Go card and purchase receipt for validation purposes.
*The price of the pass remains the same for online and offline purchases.
*A reload fee of RM0.50 per transaction will be charged based on Touch n’ Go fees and charges policy.
There are four types of MyCity Pass
MyCity Pass 1-Day: RM 6
Price indicated are excluding of Touch ‘N Go price and minimum purse value requirement.
Valid for 1 day.
MyCity Pass 3-Day: RM 15
Price indicated are excluding of Touch ‘N Go price and minimum purse value requirement.
Valid for 3 days.
MyCity Pass 1-Day for Non- Malaysian: RM 10
Price indicated are excluding of Touch ‘N Go price and minimum purse value requirement.
Valid for 1 day.
MyCity Pass 3-Days for Non Malaysian: RM 25
Price indicated are excluding of Touch ‘N Go price and minimum purse value requirement.
Valid for 3 days.
Touch ‘n Go Cards
Touch ‘n Go cards can be purchased at any of Rapid KL Customer Services Offices for RM10.00 except for BRT stations and Rapid KL bus hubs, upon availability of Touch ‘n Go card stocks.
It also can be purchased at designated locations i.e., Touch ‘n Go Customer Experience Centre, Touch ‘n Go Hubs and Spots, petrol kiosks, convenience stores, and pharmacies.
Activation
MyCity Pass is activated upon successful encoding with a Touch ‘n Go card.
MyCity Pass cannot be activated on MyRapid Concession Cards or MyKad without a Touch ‘n Go embedded chip.
MyCity Pass can only be activated on the same Touch ‘n Go card after the existing products (such as My50/Smart 7/Smart 30 etc) on MyKad have expired.

Validity
MyCity 1-Day pass is valid for one (1) day from activation.
MyCity 3-Day Pass is valid for three (3) consecutive days from activation.
Services Covered
MyCity Pass allows unlimited rides on Rapid KL LRT, MRT, Monorail, BRT, Rapid bus, and MRT feeder bus services in Klang Valley only.
Exclusions
MyCity Pass is not valid for use on KTM Komuter, ERL, Rapid Penang, Rapid Kuantan, and Nadiputra bus services in Putrajaya.
Park n Ride
MyCity Pass holders can still enjoy flat rates at LRT or MRT Park n Ride facilities by tapping the same Touch ‘n Go card.
