Prasarana processes orders before 2 pm (GMT+8) for shipping on Monday through Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays and other off days for our office, and this info will be shared via our social media. Orders received after 2 pm, on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic shipping within Malaysia (East & West Malaysia) is shipped and dispatched from Selangor. We charge a shipping flat rate of RM9.00 (West Malaysia) and RM12.00 (East Malaysia).
After your purchase is completed and your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You may view your shipment’s status at any time by logging in your tracking code on the courier’s official tracking webpage.
Please write to us at rapidklmerchandise@prasarana.com.my within 14 working days if you still do not receive your parcel after you receive an email containing your tracking information for our investigation.
